Who We Are

This little poem is written to explain
How our company came to be.
After all it is always nice to know
The story behind what you’re buying.

Sophie has a very lovely boyfriend called Tom. One year Tom
Wanted to give Sophie an
Extra special gift. Something which would
Evoke happy feelings which would last for a long
Time,

Finally he came up with the idea of a Feel Good Jar.
Everyone likes to be complimented and
Everyone likes sweets. He simply combined the two!
Low and behold, she loved the jar full of sweets and
Individual messages!
Not only that but all her friends did too! It wasn’t long before news of the
Gifts spread and That Sweet Feeling was launched.

This is the story of how tom, a business graduate from brunel university decided to spread a little happiness.  A year ago last Christmas tom chose to give his girlfriend a present that would have a special effect, a warm feeling that would linger, if not eternally, then certainly longer than the time it took to unwrap a gift. 

He thought of hiding little messages of emotion in a jar of sweets, simple messages that would create a nice warm feeling and make someone special feel loved.  The idea was clearly a good one.  Not only did tom’s girlfriend love it, her friends did too. "you're lucky to have such a thoughtful boyfriend – if only mine did something like that!" they said.  Tom thought other people might desire to share in this feel good feeling. 

His popular little idea quickly evolved.  This was really something quite new and original.  To test its appeal further in May 2006 tom took his feel good jar to a regional dragon’s den competition. The panel of business men and women loved the concept - especially the ladies! 

With some encouragement, a chunk of savings and a great deal of sheer determination The Feel Good People Limited was incorporated in December 2006, and started making a feel good gift everyone deserves to be given at least once in their life.
